OUR COMPANY

Started as CV. Omega Mas and was established on the 10th of March 1995. At that time Omega Mas started producing hand-made wooden furniture for export to Australia, New-Zealand and Europe.
From 1995 until 1997 the company operated from a small workshop in Pasuruan, Indonesia with only about 15 full-time workers and twice as many part-time employees. As the demand for our company’s products grew, so did the need for production space. After careful planning and market research we expanded from a rented property to a custom built facility. Another of our strenghts is the ability to offer mixed containers of furniture, both regarding models, styles and color. So not to over burden our customers with having to take large amounts of stock of the same type, giving our customers greater flexibility.

ENGLISH

  • Payment Terms are written on the Pro-Forma Invoice.
  • All goods remain property of Omega Mas until Full payment is settled.
  • If a dispute arises that can not be settled between the 2 parties, the court of Surabaya Indonesia is the relevant authority.
  • In case an order is cancelled by the buyer, any possible down-payment or any other payment in relation to that order will be forfeited.
  • Claims will be reviewed after clear description, picture, and reference barcode ID and/or QC pass number are provided.

INDONESIA

  • Ketentuan Pembayaran tertulis pada Pro-Forma Invoice.
  • Semua barang tetap menjadi milik Omega Mas sampai pembayaran dilunasi.
  • Apabila timbul perselisihan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan antara kedua belah pihak, maka perkara ini dibawa ke pihak berwenang yaitu Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya Indonesia.
  • Jika pesanan dibatalkan oleh pembeli, segala kemungkinan uang muka atau pembayaran lainnya sehubungan dengan pesanan tersebut akan hangus.
  • Klaim akan ditinjau setelah deskripsi yang jelas, gambar, dan ID barcode referensi dan/atau nomor pass QC diberikan.

PT Omega Mas is a factory engaged in the manufacturing industry of furniture production for the interior of hotels, apartments and houses.
